Who we are

The site is operated by Cardicare Medikal Sağlık ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, the distributor for Türkiye and the Turkic Republics. This company is responsible for your information.

Information you send with the form

When you fill in the quote or contact form, we ask for your full name, organisation name, organisation type, e-mail, phone, city or country and request type. Your role, the estimated number of tests per month and your message are optional. We use this information only to answer your request and prepare a quote for you. The form sends your information by e-mail to the company mailbox; the site does not keep submissions in a database.

Do not share health information

The form is not a medical application. Do not share health information such as a diagnosis, test result or treatment in the form or by e-mail. Health information received this way is not used and is deleted when it is noticed.

Heart age calculator

The calculation in the heart age calculator runs only in your browser. The values you type (age, sex, height, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, smoking, diabetes and cardiovascular disease) and your result are not sent to the server and not stored; no cookies or browser storage are used, and they disappear when you reload the page. The server only counts that a calculation was completed: no value, result or identifier goes into the count, only the total goes up by one. As with every web request, the server sees the IP address of the request; the counter does not record it. To limit the same person raising the count again and again in a short time, it keeps that address (for IPv6, the network prefix) in server memory only, for at most one hour; it is not written to disk or to a log. Server logs

When you visit the site, the server automatically records your IP address, the time, the requested page address and your browser information (user agent) for each request. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and to fix technical faults.

Who can see your information

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. Your information may be processed only by the following parties, for the purposes above:

• The providers from which the company obtains hosting and e-mail services, to the extent needed to deliver those services.
• Public authorities legally entitled to request it, when they do so.

Third-party services

The map images on the centres page are loaded from OpenFreeMap servers; in doing so, your browser sends your IP address to those servers. If you click “Centres near me”, your browser asks for permission to share your location; your location is used only in your browser to work out the distance to the centres and to zoom the map, is not sent to our servers or to analytics, and is not stored (when the map zooms in, your browser, as in any map view, requests the map images of the displayed area from OpenFreeMap). The directions link opens Google Maps only when you click it; from then on, Google’s own privacy terms apply. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact another service for them.

Analytics

This section applies only if the site operator has switched analytics on. The analytics tool is Umami and runs on the operator's own server: the shared analytics service (analytics.inteley.com.tr) on the server that hosts this site. Each page view sends: the site's identifier, the screen size, the browser language, the page title, the host name, the page address without its query string and the referring address without its query string. Each measured action sends the same information as a page view. In addition, the action's name is sent, together with the following where relevant: where on the page the action happened, the page language (for a language switch, the language chosen), the kind of request chosen in the form and the number of results a centre search found. The following are never sent: the contents of form fields, e-mail addresses and search text. Nothing is stored on your device: no cookie is set and nothing is written to browser storage. As with any web request, the statistics server sees your IP address and browser identification (user agent). If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the analytics tool is not loaded at all.

Cookies

The site itself stores no cookies in your browser. The details are in the cookie policy.

How we protect your information

The site is served over HTTPS, so the connection between the site and your browser is encrypted. Information you send through the form is delivered by e-mail to the company mailbox and is not stored on the site.

How long we keep it

We keep form information until your request has been concluded and the statutory retention periods have expired. We keep server logs for as long as security and troubleshooting require and for the statutory retention periods. After that, we delete or anonymise the information.

Your rights and how to contact us

To find out what information is held about you, or to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, write to info@cardisio.com.tr or apply in writing to Küçükbakkalköy Mh. Dudullu Cad. Brandium Rezidans R1 Blok No:23-25A, K:12 D:141-142, Ataşehir/İstanbul. We answer your application within thirty days at the latest. We update this policy when the way the site works changes. The current version is always on this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
