Cardisiography is not used to make decisions in emergencies or to monitor vital functions in real time. It does not replace existing, guideline-based diagnostic and treatment pathways. Typical symptoms such as chest pain are always assessed by a physician, whatever the Cardisiography result.

Regulatory status

The regulatory status of Cardisiography is as follows:

• ÜTS registered.
• CE certificate.
• Class I under MDD.
• Transition to MDR Class IIa in progress.

Insurance

A HUV code exists, and private health insurers have a 70-unit payment scope defined. This does not mean payment is guaranteed. Payment depends on the terms of your insurer and your policy; ask your insurer about your cover.
